🔹How does licensing work?
Both the Standard & Premium Non-Exclusive Licenses, as well as the Master Exclusive License, allow you to use my artwork for commercial purposes, under specific terms.
The Master Exclusive License is granted to one (1) Buyer per country, based on the registered business location declared at the time of purchase. It offers the same usage rights as the Premium license — including the flexibility to work with transparent background files and to use the artwork at double scale (×2), allowing for better adaptation to physical products. It comes with no limitation on the number of units produced, for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
Upon purchase, you acquire the right to use the artwork as a repeating pattern, along with the complementary designs and compositions included in your package.
⚠️ Note: Each pattern is labeled according to its license type (Exclusive or Non-Exclusive), indicating the availability of the package.
🔹Are there any restrictions on how I can use the artwork?
Yes, the use of the artwork is subject to the terms of the license:
• Reselling the files as a digital product or distributing them to third parties is strictly prohibited
• Use for illegal or offensive purposes is not permitted
• Distribution as part of another design library is not allowed
The license is granted exclusively to the Buyer and applies only to the production and sale of physical products.
COPYRIGHT REMAINS WITH THE CREATOR. The license is valid for 2 or 3 years from the date of purchase (depending on the license type), with the option to renew.

No, I do not currently offer custom work. My focus is on creating high-quality, pre-designed artwork.
🔹Can Ι purchase an exclusive license for a pattern?
Certain designs are available under an Exclusive License (Master Plan), offering greater exclusivity and brand differentiation, while others are available under a Non-Exclusive License. The licensing option available is always specified in the description of each artwork.
For those who wish to gain access to designs before their official release, the Now Creating section offers a behind-the-scenes look at works in progress through creative updates, backstage content, and previews of upcoming collections. At this stage, it is possible to express interest in a design and, subject to agreement, reserve it as a Master Plan before its completion and public release.
🔹Can I modify the artwork, colors, or layout to suit my needs?
Yes, modifications are allowed in accordance with the license terms (a separate guide is provided for each artwork). Permitted changes include:
• Adjusting the overall size proportionally (uniform scaling), always smaller than the original, to maintain print quality.
• In the Premium & Master packages, changing the background or theme color, in accordance with the applicable guidelines.
Every modification must respect the original spirit of the artwork. The following are not permitted for designs included in any Licensing Plan:
• Alteration of the proportions between design elements or between width and height.
• Unauthorized color modifications of design elements or the application of filters/digital effects.

Exceptions regarding color adjustments are permitted only where explicitly stated and accompanied by corresponding instructions in the relevant usage guide.
🔹 Do I need design software knowledge to use the files?
To fully utilize the potential of each project, it is recommended that the files are handled by someone with basic knowledge of graphic design and image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (ideally Photoshop, in which each project has been created). Each project is built using a modular structure, allowing greater flexibility and adaptability to different production needs. As a result, certain compositions or applications may require technical knowledge in order to be properly assembled and adjusted.
At the same time, ready-to-print compositions in commonly used dimensions are also included, covering the majority of standard production needs without requiring additional editing.
🔹 What happens if I need additional usage rights later?
If your project extends beyond the license duration or your production volume increases, you can purchase a new Standard, Premium, or Master license to cover your additional needs.

No, each license is priced individually per artwork and according to its specific licensing terms.
