🔹How does licensing work?
Both the Standard & Premium Non-Exclusive Licenses, as well as the Master Exclusive License, allow you to use my artwork for commercial purposes, subject to specific terms and conditions.
Selected artworks are available exclusively through the Premium Plan under the designation “Limited Edition”. These are Non-Exclusive Licenses with limited availability of up to two (2) active licenses per country and a duration of two (2) years from the date of purchase. The “Limited Edition” designation refers to the limited number of active licenses and does not constitute exclusivity.
The Master Exclusive License is granted to one (1) Licensee per country, based on the registered business location declared at the time of purchase. It provides the same usage rights as the Premium License, including the flexibility to use files with transparent backgrounds and to use the artwork at up to twice the scale (x2) permitted under the Standard Plan, allowing greater flexibility when adapting the artwork to physical products. There is no limitation on the number of units produced, and the license is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
Upon purchase, you acquire the right to use the artwork as a repeating pattern, together with the supplementary designs and compositions included in your selected package.
⚠️ Note: Each pattern includes a clear indication of its license type and availability (Non-Exclusive, Non-Exclusive · Limited Edition, or Exclusive), so that the licensing model under which the specific artwork is offered is clearly identified.
🔹Are there any restrictions on how I can use the artwork?
Yes, the use of the artwork is subject to the terms of the license:
• Reselling the files as a digital product or distributing them to third parties is strictly prohibited
• Use for illegal or offensive purposes is not permitted
• Distribution as part of another design library is not allowed
The license is granted exclusively to the Buyer and applies only to the production and sale of physical products.
COPYRIGHT REMAINS WITH THE CREATOR. The license is valid for 2 or 3 years from the date of purchase (depending on the license type), with the option to renew.

🔹Do you offer custom work?
No, I do not currently offer custom work. My focus is on creating high-quality, pre-designed artwork.
🔹Can Ι purchase an exclusive license for a pattern?
Some designs are available under an Exclusive License (Master Plan), which is granted to one (1) Licensee per country, while others are offered under a Non-Exclusive License.
Selected Non-Exclusive artworks are also available as Premium Limited Edition, with limited availability of up to two (2) active licenses per country. The Limited Edition offers greater limitation on the availability of an artwork, without constituting an Exclusive License. The availability and licensing type are always specified in the presentation of each artwork.
For those who wish to access artworks before their official release, the Now Creating section offers a look into the ongoing creative process through updates, behind-the-scenes material, and previews of new designs. At this stage, you may express interest in an artwork and, subject to agreement, reserve it under the Master Plan before it is completed.
🔹Can I modify the artwork, colors, or layout to suit my needs?
Yes, modifications are allowed in accordance with the license terms (a separate guide is provided for each artwork). Permitted changes include:
• Adjusting the overall size proportionally (uniform scaling), always smaller than the original, to maintain print quality.
• In the Premium & Master packages, changing the background or theme color, in accordance with the applicable guidelines.
Every modification must respect the original spirit of the artwork. The following are not permitted for designs included in any Licensing Plan:
• Alteration of the proportions between design elements or between width and height.
• Unauthorized color modifications of design elements or the application of filters/digital effects.

Exceptions regarding color adjustments are permitted only where explicitly stated and accompanied by corresponding instructions in the relevant usage guide.
🔹 Do I need design software knowledge to use the files?
To fully utilize the potential of each project, it is recommended that the files are handled by someone with basic knowledge of graphic design and image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (ideally Photoshop, in which each project has been created). Each project is built using a modular structure, allowing greater flexibility and adaptability to different production needs. As a result, certain compositions or applications may require technical knowledge in order to be properly assembled and adjusted.
At the same time, ready-to-print compositions in commonly used dimensions are also included, covering the majority of standard production needs without requiring additional editing.
🔹 Will the colours of the final product look exactly the same as they do on screen?
The colour reproduction of a digital file may differ from the final printed result, as it can be affected by factors such as the type and colour of the material or fabric, the printing method, inks, equipment, and the colour settings used by the relevant printing or production facility.
For this reason, a physical sample or print test is always recommended before proceeding with final or mass production. Final colour approval should be carried out by the Licensee in cooperation with the relevant printing or production facility.
🔹 What happens if I need additional usage rights later?
If you wish to continue using the artwork beyond the duration of your license, or require usage rights that are not included in your original package, you may contact me to discuss the possibility of renewing or extending your license.
The availability and terms of any renewal or extension will be considered based on the type of your existing license, the additional rights requested, and the availability of the specific artwork at the time of your request.
🔹 Do you offer discounts for bulk licensing?
No, each license is priced individually per artwork and according to its specific licensing terms.
