🔹How does licensing work?
Both the Standard & Premium Non-Exclusive Licenses, as well as the Master Exclusive License, allow you to use my artwork for commercial purposes, under specific terms.
The Master Exclusive License is granted to one (1) Buyer per country, based on the registered business location declared at the time of purchase. It offers the same usage rights as the Premium license — including the flexibility to work with transparent background files and to use the artwork at double scale (×2), allowing for better adaptation to physical products. It comes with no limitation on the number of units produced, for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
Upon purchase, you acquire the right to use the artwork as a repeating pattern, along with the complementary designs and compositions included in your package.
⚠️ Note: Each pattern is labeled according to its license type (Exclusive or Non-Exclusive), indicating the availability of the package.
🔹Are there any restrictions on how I can use the artwork?
Yes, the use of the artwork is subject to the terms of the license:
• Reselling the files as a digital product or distributing them to third parties is strictly prohibited
• Use for illegal or offensive purposes is not permitted
• Distribution as part of another design library is not allowed
The license is granted exclusively to the Buyer and applies only to the production and sale of physical products.
COPYRIGHT REMAINS WITH THE CREATOR. The license is valid for 2 or 3 years from the date of purchase (depending on the license type), with the option to renew.

🔹Do you offer custom work?
No, I do not currently offer custom work. My focus is on creating high-quality, pre-designed artwork.
🔹Can we purchase an exclusive license for a pattern?
Currently, available licenses are Non-Exclusive. The same pattern may therefore be licensed to multiple clients. However, with the Premium package, you have the flexibility to differentiate your products from other buyers, thanks to the included transparent background files, which allow for color adjustments and scaling to a larger size.

🔹Can I modify the artwork, colors, or layout to suit my needs?
Yes, modifications are allowed in accordance with the license terms (a separate guide is provided for each artwork). Permitted changes include:
• Adjusting the overall size proportionally (uniform scaling), always smaller than the original, to maintain print quality.
• In the Premium & Master packages, changing the background or theme color, in accordance with the applicable guidelines.

All modifications must respect the original spirit of the artwork. The following are not permitted under any package:
• Altering the proportions between elements or the width/height ratio.
• Changing the colors of the elements or applying filters/digital effects.

🔹 What happens if I need additional usage rights later?
If your project extends beyond the license duration or your production volume increases, you can purchase a new Standard, Premium, or Master license to cover your additional needs.
🔹 Do you offer discounts for bulk licensing?
No, each license is priced individually per artwork and according to its specific licensing terms.
