In general, the use of the Licensed Artwork for ANY purpose other than that explicitly stated in the License Terms is prohibited.
In case of any doubt, please contact me to obtain written permission for any use not explicitly covered by the License Terms.
❌ Non-Transferable: The Licensed Artwork is intended exclusively for use by the individual or legal entity (the “Licensee”) specified at the time of purchase. Suppliers or manufacturers acting on behalf of the Licensee may use the Licensed Artwork solely for the purpose of producing the final product for the Licensee. Any transfer, sublicensing, or use by third parties is strictly prohibited, particularly in a manner that creates direct competition with products produced under this license.
❌ Wholesalers, Intermediaries & Brokers Prohibited: The use of the Licensed Artwork for the production and wholesale distribution of fabrics or raw materials to other businesses or individuals for subsequent conversion into finished products is strictly prohibited. The license granted permits only the direct manufacture of final products. The licensee (individual or company, as specified in the license and purchase invoice) must be the final manufacturer of the products in which the artwork is used.
❌ Digital Products: The use of the Licensed Artwork for the creation of any digital or intangible product for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, as well as its upload, distribution, or availability on digital content platforms, file libraries, or artificial intelligence services.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
• Designs and images for social media or online advertisements
• Website elements, app graphics, or digital wallpapers for mobile/tablet
• Digital publications such as e-magazines, e-books, digital cards, or newspapers
• Uploading to content creation or distribution platforms (e.g., AI tools, marketplaces, stock libraries), whether in original form or modified
❌ Social Media: The sharing or posting of the Licensed Artwork in its digital form at any resolution, such as image files or designs, on social media accounts, websites, apps, or other online channels is strictly prohibited. Only the display of the artwork through finished physical products is allowed, without distributing or reproducing the original pattern digitally.
❌Design Modifications: Modifications to the Licensed Artwork are allowed only as described in the license terms and the accompanying guide. Examples of permitted modifications include:
• Scaling the overall size proportionally (always equal to or smaller than the original) to maintain print quality.
• In the Premium package, changing the background color.
• All modifications must respect the original spirit and aesthetic of the artwork.
Strictly prohibited:
• Altering the relative proportions of elements or the width/height ratio.
• Changing the colors of the elements (unless the project guide explicitly permits it) or applying filters/digital effects.
• Mixing or incorporating elements of the artwork with elements from other projects not belonging to the specific artwork.
❌ Print-on-Demand / Made-to-Order Services: Any use that allows third parties, such as end users, to customize or use the Licensed Artwork on digital or physical products, whether for commercial or personal purposes, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, websites, apps, and services operating under a print-on-demand or made-to-order model, such as Society6, Desenio, The Poster Club, and similar business models.
❌ Access & File Storage: The files of the Licensed Artwork are provided to the Buyer via download links, which remain active for a reasonable period from the date of purchase, sufficient to complete the download. After this period, availability of the files is not guaranteed. The Buyer bears full responsibility for the safe storage and preservation of the files. The Creator is not obliged to re-provide the files in case of loss.
❌ Trademark / Logo / Intellectual Property: The Licensed Artwork may not be used as part of a trademark, logo, or to obtain similar intellectual or industrial property rights. The Licensee is not permitted, and shall not attempt, to register, protect, or enforce any trademark, logo, or related right over the Licensed Artwork.
❌ Copyright: You may not claim the Licensed Artwork, nor any modification of it, as your own work protected by copyright. Any such action will result in the immediate forfeiture of the rights granted under the commercial license.
❌ False Claim of Ownership or Authorship: You are strictly prohibited from claiming that you are the creator or owner of the Licensed Artwork or any of its modifications. Compliance with this provision is a condition for maintaining the usage rights granted to you under the license.
⚠️ Breach of Terms: In the event of any violation of the above terms, the license shall terminate immediately and automatically, without any refund. The Creator reserves the right to take further legal action if necessary.
Upon completion of the purchase, the Licensee acquires the usage rights corresponding to the selected package and license type, as defined and detailed in the relevant section and license document, for the duration specified per license (2 or 3 years from the date of purchase), with the possibility of renewal upon agreement.
